AHO Office Policies

Our success in treating pets is based on a partnership between Dr. Kordon and the pet's owner...

Thank you for choosing my services to help your pet recover from illness or injury and to remain in good health through wellness care.

Please carefully review the following policies and expectations before scheduling your appointment.

Time for Appointment

  • Expect a 1 to 3 hour appointment per animal for your first session, depending on the condition of your pet. You will not need to stay with your animal during this entire time.
  • Expect additional sessions to take 30 minutes to two hours.

Bring These Items to Your Appointment:

  • Sample of food, water (in clean glass jar), medications, shampoos, preventive medication (heartworm, fleas), stool sample (if possible) and sample of litter (for cats)
  • Bring items to follow-up appointment that have been changed or if there is a long period since your previous appointment

Expectations:

  • Your pet will be managed with BICOM bioresonance therapy.
  • As part of the treatment plan, I will prescribe a chip and other medications that have been tested and determined to be essential for your pet’s recovery. As each animal’s problem and needs are unique, the number and type of medications will be different for each pet. These may include a homeopthic remedy, enzyme, oil or cream, herb, etc.
  • If you are not willing to comply with the directions and give those adjunctive therapies as directed, I would ask that you do not use my services. Effectiveness of my services is based on a cooperative relationship with pet owners who are committed to the treatment plan for their pet.

Food and Water:

  • Your pet will need to eat a raw or natural diet during the treatment period. This diet will be tested energetically and determined to be conducive to healing your pet. Continuation of the diet is strongly recommended to maintain your pet’s good health after treatment.
  • Your pet should be provided with plenty of fresh water daily that is confirmed through testing to be of an acceptable quality (reverse osmosis water is preferred).

Fees: These are collected at the time that services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • First Appointment (includes history, testing, physical exam and BICOM energetic exam and treatment session).  $150
  • Additional Appointments for follow-up treatment.  $50/half hour
  • Medications are an additional charge. These have been tested for your pet energetically and are required for treatment

Payment methods:

  • Checks and cash. Bounced checks are subject to collection fees.
  • Major credit cards

Missed Appointments:

If you miss your appointment without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, there is a $50 charge for the missed appointment. We bill your credit card on file that we collect in advance. We can only schedule a limited number of appointments per day. Your missed appointment prevents us from seeing another patient during the time which was blocked out of our schedule for your pet. We fully understand that emergencies can come up. If that is the cause of your missed appointment, please let us know and we may make an exception.
